36 year old Lance Armstrong has confirmed that he will in fact come out of retirement early for the 2009 Tour de France.

This will reunite Armstrong and team Astana director Johan Bruyneel back together once again.

VeloNews reported Armstrong also will compete in the Tour of California, Paris-Nice, the Tour de Georgia and the Dauphine-Libere.
