If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from Hydro Flask.com, you can return your order to Hydro Flask for a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date. There is no fine print or exceptions. All we ask is that you send the items back to us.
If you have purchased a Hydro Flask from one of dealers, please contact them directly for their return policy.
Here's what to do:
- Please provide a copy of your receipt for a full credit card refund. Without a receipt we will issue a credit to your account at current MSRP.
- You can return your purchase for up to 30 days from the purchase date.
- Products must be in the condition in which you received them.

- We recommend selecting a trackable shipping method and keeping the tracking information for your records until the return/exchange is complete.
- Refunds/exchanges take approximately 4 weeks after we receive your product. Shipping charges are not refundable. We do not accept COD deliveries.
- Your credit card account will show the difference in purchase amount on your next statement, depending on the issuing bank or billing cycle.
