If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to Hydro Flask for a full refund with our 30-day return policy. There is no fine print or exceptions. All we ask is that you send the items back to us.
Here's what to do:
- Please provide a copy of your receipt for a full credit card refund. Without a receipt we will issue a credit to your account at current MSRP.
- You can return your purchase for up to 30 days from the purchase date.
- Products must be in the condition you received them.
- Mail the return package to HYDRO FLASK, attn: RETURNS, 561 Northwest York Drive, Bend Oregon 97701
- If you purchased from our website, please reference your order number.
- We recommend selecting a trackable shipping method and keeping the tracking information for your records until the return/exchange is complete.
- Refunds/exchanges take approximately 4 weeks after we receive your product. Shipping charges are not refundable. We do not accept COD deliveries.
- Your credit card account will show the difference in purchase amount on your following statement, depending on the issuing bank or billing cycle.
