Can I ship to international/APO/FPO addresses?
Yes. But you will need to contact us directly for prices, times and other logistics. You can call us at 888-58-HYDRO or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Can I ship my order to someone else or a different address?
Yes. Orders can be shipped to a different address other than the billing address. During the checkout process, you'll be asked for:
- Billing details
- Shipping details, where you simply check "I want to use a new shipping address."
How is the shipping cost determined?
Currently, our shipping is based on the following:
- $12 and under - $1.99 shipping
- $12.01 through $74.99 - $7.99 shipping
- $75 and up - free shipping
How long will my order take to arrive including processing and shipping?
We make the best effort to process orders as quickly as possible. Most orders are processed within three days. Delivery times vary depending on USPS and FedEx - typically orders arrive within 7-10 business days of shipping.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order is shipped, we'll send you an email with the shipping and tracking information. Using the tracking number(s) provided, you can then enter the tracking number(s) into the FedEx website to follow your new Hydro Flask on its journey from our warehouse to your destination.
