  1. 1. Torso Measurement

    • A. Bring your chin to your chest and feel for the most prominent bony bump where the slope of your shoulders meets the back of your neck. This is your C7 vertebra, and the top of your torso measurement.

    • B. On each side of your body, feel for the top of your hip bones, just below the sides of your ribs. With fingers pointing forward and thumbs pointing backward, draw an imaginary line between your thumbs. This is the bottom of your torso measurement.

    • C. Stand up straight and have a friend with flexible measuring tape measure the distance between your C7 vertebra and the imaginary line between your thumbs. That’s your torso measurement. If you are between pack sizes, go with the smaller size.

  2. 2. Hip Measurement

    While your torso measurement is the best indicator of your pack size, it’s still important to check your hip size when using a hipbelt. To find your hip measurement, wrap a flexible tape measure around the top of your hip bones, just below the sides of your ribs. This measurement is slightly higher than your waistline

Questions

The top cap will not release. Seems like a vaccum lock. Tried cold and heat but it just snaps shut when it approahes the top thread. Help!

The top came apart, how do I put it back together? I can see how the grooves match but it doesn't &nbsp;stay in. &nbsp;Am I missing a trick to twisting the two cap pieces together?&nbsp;

Step 1: Gather all the pieces Step 2: Screw bottom clockwise back into place until it stops Step 3: Flip over lid to access top Step 4: Replace Red silicone seal Step 5: Press top back into lid Step 6: Twist top clockwise back into the closed position Step 7: Assemble with any wide mouth flask Step 8: Turn lid to the open position to drink Here's a link to our YouTube video if you would like to watch it. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uQD6uvYONMA

The Wide Mouth Flex, Wide Mouth Flex Sip, and the Wide Mouth Straw lids all fit the 20oz wide mouth flask.

Why don't you show or say how the sip cap works.

We apologize for the delayed response. The flex sip cap works by twisting the top piece to the left and right. It comes in the locked position and the bottom piece will be red. When it is twisted to the left, it opens to the corresponding spot on the bottom piece to allow you to drink. When you are done drinking, you twist the top piece to the right to close it.
