  1. 1. Torso Measurement

    • A. Bring your chin to your chest and feel for the most prominent bony bump where the slope of your shoulders meets the back of your neck. This is your C7 vertebra, and the top of your torso measurement.

    • B. On each side of your body, feel for the top of your hip bones, just below the sides of your ribs. With fingers pointing forward and thumbs pointing backward, draw an imaginary line between your thumbs. This is the bottom of your torso measurement.

    • C. Stand up straight and have a friend with flexible measuring tape measure the distance between your C7 vertebra and the imaginary line between your thumbs. That’s your torso measurement. If you are between pack sizes, go with the smaller size.

  2. 2. Hip Measurement

    While your torso measurement is the best indicator of your pack size, it’s still important to check your hip size when using a hipbelt. To find your hip measurement, wrap a flexible tape measure around the top of your hip bones, just below the sides of your ribs. This measurement is slightly higher than your waistline

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My COLOR!!! and … I like it’s cozy feel - as if wrapped in a blanket on a cool winter morning (in our neck of the woods we don’t get many of those ). Also , feels a bit odd in a good way: the bottom doesn’t beat on your table/countertop. Its landing is soft upon setting it down — that’s a definite unexpected feel and a plus.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great mug, exactly what I wanted! Just got the 24oz mug and I love it! The outside is a plastic cover that removes the fear of dropping a metal cup. It keeps my coffee hot for hours, even outdoors in near freezing temps. The lid has a cover for the sip hole but it is not a complete seal, coffee still came out of the breather hole. Overall, a great product that I’ve enjoyed completely!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from 24oz mug I am a Yeti guy but I have purchased Hydroflask in the past also. I happened to find the 24oz mug in a store and purchased it. I have a 24oz Yeti mug. I like yours better, and here is why: the shape of your mug is more conducive to holding the warmth. I filled both mugs with hot water and yours was a bit warmer after a 2 hr sitting with no lids. the other item I noticed is that when I set your cup on our granite counter it doesn't make a metallic clanging sound like the yeti. The things I would like to see: a lid and straw like they have for their tumblers, I currently have this set up on the four mugs I purchased from you. the second thing is I like color. more colors, yours are somewhat darker and not as lively as you have on some of your other flasks thank you

Does this fit in a standard vehicle cup holder?

It&rsquo;s not really made for a car. I would go for the other hydroflask coffee without a handle if you want a travel mug for the car. The textured surface of the Hydroflask though does give a secure grip that shouldn&rsquo;t slide out of your hand while driving.&nbsp;

Is it really more than 5 in. in dia. It will not fit in a car cup holder

It looks like they included the handle to get the 5.4&rdquo; the mug itself without measuring the handle is about 4&rdquo;. The handle starts about 1&rdquo; from the bottom and the mug does have a slight rounding near the bottom.

Would this mug and lid be leak proof in a tote bag? How secure is the lid?

I wouldn&rsquo;t think it would be a good idea in a bag. The lid doesn&rsquo;t screw in place and does &nbsp;still have a very small venting hole even when the lid is closed. It would be great for home or office but not so much for travel.&nbsp;

Does Mug fit in cup holder of car?

I would say no since it&rsquo;s really a wide bottom and the handle wouldn&rsquo;t allow for it to slide down very far. It&rsquo;s a nice mug for home or work but not so much for travel.&nbsp;
