  1. 1. Torso Measurement

    • A. Bring your chin to your chest and feel for the most prominent bony bump where the slope of your shoulders meets the back of your neck. This is your C7 vertebra, and the top of your torso measurement.

    • B. On each side of your body, feel for the top of your hip bones, just below the sides of your ribs. With fingers pointing forward and thumbs pointing backward, draw an imaginary line between your thumbs. This is the bottom of your torso measurement.

    • C. Stand up straight and have a friend with flexible measuring tape measure the distance between your C7 vertebra and the imaginary line between your thumbs. That’s your torso measurement. If you are between pack sizes, go with the smaller size.

  2. 2. Hip Measurement

    While your torso measurement is the best indicator of your pack size, it’s still important to check your hip size when using a hipbelt. To find your hip measurement, wrap a flexible tape measure around the top of your hip bones, just below the sides of your ribs. This measurement is slightly higher than your waistline

I’d wake up in the middle of the night to breastfeed and I was always super thirsty. None of my waters stayed cool enough to satisfy me until HydroFlask. It’s so worth it. I’m so happy I purchased the largest size. It keeps my water cold at night and when I wake up to breastfeed it absolutely hits the spot. Does the 32 oz fit in a standard cup holder?

Typically our 24oz flasks and smaller fit in most car cup holders. We recommend measuring the diameter of the cup holder and comparing that measurement with the dimensions of our flasks (located on the FAQ page on our website).

The FAQs indicate the Hydro Flask and lid are both dishwasher safe, does that include the straw as well or should I remove that before putting the lid in the dishwasher?

I'm assuming that the straw lids come with the straw, but my daughter's did not. It also leaks like a sieve. Can you buy replacement straws? Is it possible that using it without the straw is responsible for the excessive leaking?

Yes, the flask should come with 2 straws. You may certainly remove the straw and tip the flask to drink. If this does not work for you, we would be happy to replace your cap for you under our Lifetime Warranty. You can fill out a warranty claim here: (http://www.hydroflask.com/warranty/). are the straw lids hard plastic or are they rubbery/ chewy? I bought my bottle a year ago and need a need straw lid! I prefer the rubbery/chewy lids but in the accessories section they only sell the hard plastic straw lids:(

Is the 32 oz wide mouth with straw lid leakproof? &nbsp; Is the straw recommended for hot liquids? Will it fit in a cup holder? &nbsp;If not, what size does?

Hello, I do apologize for the longer response time! We are not able to say that cap is leak proof because sometimes the gasket does fall out which causes the liquid inside to leak. The wide mouth bottles do have trouble fitting inside a standard size cup holder! Usually the standard size bottles have no issue fitting inside the cupholder.
