After a week of using your Flex Sip Lid for morning coffees, it’s time for a refresh! If you’re using it daily, we recommend cleaning this lid after each use to ensure all beverage residue is removed and your product is ready for the next day.
Follow the steps below for disassembly, cleaning tips and reassembly of your Flex Sip Lid.

Start at open position
Turn top of lid to closed position (red)
Twist counterclockwise past the closed position to unlock
Remove top from the main lid
Remove red silicone seal
Flip over lid to access bottom
Twist counterclockwise until bottom unlocks
Clean all pieces with hot soapy water, or toss safely in your dishwasher
To ensure optimal cleanliness and longevity of our Flex Sip Lid, we recommend a simple, yet effective cleaning routine. Start by rinsing the lid thoroughly under warm water to remove any debris. Next, apply a small amount of mild bleach-free soap and scrub gently with a soft sponge or brush(Opens in a new window). For hard-to-reach areas, utilize our specialized straw cleaning set(Opens in a new window).
Don’t want to hand wash? All pieces of the Flex Sip Lid are top-rack dishwasher safe! We recommend using the prongs of the top-rack to keep pieces secure or use an accessory basket.
Gather all pieces
Gather all dissasembled pieces
Twist bottom clockwise back into place until it stops
Flip over lid to access top
Press in red seal with text facing up
Press top back into lid
Twist top clockwise back into closed position
Assemble with any Wide Mouth Hydro Flask
Turn lid to open position to drink
