Benefits of Fruit-Infused Water

Infused water is a great way to stay hydrated. Serving for 2 people

Ingredients

1/2 lemon, thinly sliced
5-6 fresh mint leaves
32 oz of cold, filtered water
Ice cubes (optional)

Directions:

1.

Lightly muddle the mint leaves to release their aroma.

Add cold, filtered water and let the water sit for at least 10-15 minutes to allow the flavors to infuse.

1/2 cucumber, thinly sliced
6-8 ripe (or defrosted) strawberries, sliced
8-10 fresh mint leaves
40 oz cold, filtered water

Directions:

2 tbsp shredded coconut

1/2 cup sliced strawberries (optional)

Directions:
