What methods of payment does Hydro Flask accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Debit cards with a Visa or MasterCard logo are also accepted. Unfortunately, checks, money orders, and AMEX/VISA/MC/DISCOVER gift cards are not accepted.
Can I use a debit card?
Yes, debit cards with a Visa or MasterCard logo are accepted.
Why does my credit card or debit card show two charges?
Sometimes credit/debit card statements contain two transactions, but this is only temporary. When a purchase is made, an authorization charge is placed on credit/debit cards that temporarily holds funds on an account. This is not actually a charge on your card. Once the order has been shipped, this authorization becomes an approval and charges your account. The authorization is released at a maximum of 72 hours from the time of order.
The address I typed is correct, but the website is not accepting it. What should I do?

Does the address you typed match the address on file with the credit card company? If you still encounter a problem after you’ve verified that the address matches, please call our Customer Service at 888-584-9376 for further assistance.

Why does my Hydro Flask not have a registered trademark symbol?
Newly produced Hydro Flasks do not feature a registered trademark symbol next to our logo. This decision was made to enhance the presentation of the logo on our bottles. The absence or presence of a Hydro Flask registered trademark or R symbol next to our logo is not an indicator of authenticity.
Why do the new Hydro Flask Wide Mouth bottles look different?

We've elevated the silhouette and modernized the design of our Wide Mouth bottles to align with the rest of our bottle lineup. This evolution comes without compromising performance — cold stays icy cold for 24 hours, and hot stays piping hot for 12 — just like always. There are a few differences in the new design, as noted by the below graphics:

What do I do if my promotion code doesn’t work?

Verify that you entered the promotion code number exactly as shown, without spaces. Additionally, verify the date you are using the promotion code falls into the applicable date range. Once these are confirmed, if the problem persists, please contact our Customer Service at 888-584-9376.



Products purchased on the Hydro Flask website can be returned to Hydro Flask for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date. In order to be eligible for return, products must be in an unused condition with their original packaging intact.

If you have purchased a Hydro Flask from one of our dealers, please contact them directly for their return policy.

My Hydro Orders: Because all My Hydro™ orders are made to be uniquely you, they are not eligible for returns.

Here's what to do:

  • You can return your purchase for up to 30 days from the purchase date.
  • Acquire an RMA Number by calling our Customer Service Team at 888-584-9376.

  • Refunds take approximately 4 weeks after we receive your product. Shipping charges are not refundable. We do not accept COD deliveries.
  • Your credit card account will show the difference in purchase amount on your next statement, depending on the issuing bank or billing cycle.

Holiday Shipping 2020

We want to make sure you receive all of your Hydro Flask orders in time for the holidays. In preparation for known postal carrier delays, we recommend the following ordering guidelines:

  • For FedEx Ground, we recommend placing orders as soon as possible for your holiday festivities. There are active FedEx Ground carrier delays.

The holidays are a very busy time and it's possible that packages won't be delivered as quickly as normal. Because of this, we can't guarantee that your order will arrive in time for your holiday celebrations. We recommend that you err on the side of caution and place your order as soon as possible. Shipping & Handling

How long will my order take to arrive (including processing and shipping)?

Depending on the shipping method selected and the type of order placed, processing and shipping times vary. Please see the chart below as a quick reference guide. Orders are processed and shipped during business hours only, so please note that the below estimates do not include nights, weekends, or holidays.

If you see a delayed shipping message on the website, please expect additional processing and shipping days in addition to the timelines noted below.

Two-day delivery

Orders placed before 9am PT for two-day delivery will be processed same day and arrive in two business days. If orders are placed after 9am PT, they will be processed and shipped the next day, arriving on the third business day.

For example, if an order is received before or by 9am PT on a Wednesday, you will receive your order by Friday. If the order is placed after 9am PT on Wednesday, you can expect your order to be delivered on the following Monday.

Please note, as with all of our shipping methods, two-day shipping estimates apply to business days only. If you place an order on Friday, your order will arrive on Tuesday (order is placed before 9am PT) or Wednesday (order is placed after 9am PT) the following week.

My Hydro™ orders

We strive for each My Hydro™ order to be uniquely you. Therefore, they are fulfilled separately from other Hydro Flask orders in an exceptional location that provides fast and dependable shipping. If you’d like to purchase other Hydro Flask products while ordering your My Hydro™, two orders will need to be completed (one on and one on and two shipments will be required.

How do I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, we'll send you an email with the shipping and tracking information. Using the tracking number(s) provided, you can track your order by visiting the FedEx or USPS website to follow your new Hydro Flask on its journey from our warehouse to your destination. Can I ship to APO/FPO addresses?
Yes, but you will need to contact us directly for prices, times, and other logistics. Depending on the country, there may be extra costs due to customs, tariffs or taxes. Please email [email protected] or call 888-584-9376 for a shipping quote.
Can I ship to international addresses?
Unfortunately, no. Hydro Flask does not currently ship to international destinations.
Can I ship my order to someone else or a different address?

Yes! Orders can be shipped to a different address other than the billing address. During the order process, you will be given an option to “Ship to this address” or “Ship to a different address.” At that point, you can enter a different shipping address.

How is the shipping cost determined?

Orders of $30+ will receive Free FedEx Ground shipping. Otherwise, your shipping cost will reflect the rules below. We will offer you the option to upgrade your shipping to FedEx 2-Day on most orders. That price is determined by FedEx via the weight and sizing of the products within your order.

Do I really get Free Shipping if I spend $30+?

Yep, it's true! Hydro Flask offers free FedEx Ground shipping on qualified orders: $30+ subtotal or using a free shipping discount code. Valid throughout the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.

Free shipping does not apply to Pro Deal orders and cannot be combined with some promotional discount codes.

How Care For The Bottle Before Initial Use

Things You Shouldn’t Do With Your Hydro Flask Bottle

  1. Put your flask through the dishwasher or soak the exterior in hot water: The dishwasher can get hot enough to affect the insulation property of the flask as well as discolor the powder coat. Similarly, soaking your entire flask in hot water can discolor the powder coat.
  2. Put your Hydro Flask in the freezer: Due to the double wall vacuum insulation, the water inside will be protected from the temperature inside the freezer and won’t freeze. If you want ice cold water, put some ice cubes inside your flask and notice how long it takes them to melt!
  3. Put your flask on the stove: Due to the double wall vacuum insulating property of the flask, outside temperature will not change the inside beverage temperature. If you put your flask on any sort of stove or heat source, the heat will damage the outside of the flask.
  4. Soak or put the Flex Cap, Wide Flat Cap, Stainless Steel Flat Cap, or Loop Caps through the dishwasher: The Flex Cap, Wide Flat Cap, Stainless Steel Flat Cap, Standard Loop Cap, and Narrow Loop Cap can take on water when they are run through the dishwasher or submerged in water for an extended time. Instead, we recommend hand washing them with hot, soapy water, rinsing, and allowing them to dry.
  5. Use bleach or chlorine to clean our products: Those chemicals will ruin and rust stainless steel; therefore, they should not be used on our products.
Things You Should Do With Your Hydro Flask Bottle 
  1. Wash your flask with a bottle brush: Shop our cleaning accessories and use the Bottle Brush and Straw & Lid Cleaning Set as frequently as possible.
  2. Use white distilled vinegar for cleaning: You can use household white distilled vinegar to help remove any stains or discoloration on the inside of your flask. We recommend putting ½ cup of vinegar in your flask, gently swirling the vinegar around to wash any affected areas, and let sit for 5 minutes. Rinse thoroughly with warm water and repeat if necessary.
  3. Use baking soda for cleaning: For those stubborn spots inside your Hydro Flask, mix 2-3 tablespoons of baking soda with a small amount of warm water to form a scrubbing paste. Dip the bristles of your bottle brush in the paste and work paste into affected area on the inside of your flask. Repeat as necessary until stains disappear.
  4. Wash your Hydro Flip Lid and Wide Straw Lid in the dishwasher: The Hydro Flip Lid and Wide Straw Lid are top-rack dishwasher safe. The cap may last longer if it is hand washed, but if it needs to be deep cleaned, the dishwasher is acceptable.

Hydro Flask® Lifetime Warranty
Hydro Flask Hydration, Tumbler, Coffee, Beer, Wine & Spirits, Food, Large Capacity Hard Goods, Hard Good Accessory Products and Journey Series carry a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturer’s defects for the life of the product. Hydro Flask will replace any product found to be defective within the scope of normal and appropriate use. Replacement parts will be utilized to address defects when available.
Hydro Flask® 5-Year Limited Warranty

Hydro Flask Unbound Series Soft Cooler Pack, Hydro Flask Unbound Series Soft Cooler Tote, Tag Along Small Bottle Sling, Tag Along Large Bottle Sling, Lunch Tote, Insulated Totes, and Lunch Boxes carry a 5-year limited warranty against manufacturer’s defects. Hydro Flask will replace any eligible product found to be defective within the scope of normal and appropriate use. Replacement parts will be utilized to address the defects when available. A receipt may be requested to verify date of purchase.

Hydro Flask Satisfaction Guarantee
All Hydro Flask Apparel carries a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the workmanship, fit, or style of your Hydro Flask apparel, it can be returned for a refund or replacement within 30 days of the initial purchase. To authorize your return, please contact our customer service team at 888-584-9376.


Before submitting a warranty claim, please read the following:

  1. Broken or leaking caps: If your cap breaks or you notice a leak, do not send your flask to us. Instead, simply follow the link below to sign in and enter your warranty details. Please note you may be required to send us a photo of your cap to validate the claim. You will be responsible for the shipping charge to have the flask returned if you send the flask to us.
  2. Flasks that seem to have lost their insulating properties: You can test the insulation of your flask at home with boiling water. Pour from a kettle or pot directly into the stationary flask, filling it all the way to the neck. Exercise caution pouring boiling water into the flask to avoid burns. Do not hold the flask while filling with boiling water. Also, do not place the cap over the flask. After about 5 minutes, feel the outside of the flask (below the neck). If you feel any hot spots, the insulation has been compromised and you are eligible for a replacement.
  3. Flasks that are damaged during the shipping process: Please contact us if you ordered your flask from and it has arrived damaged. If you use your flask, we cannot replace it due to shipping damage. We will e-mail you a pre-paid shipping label to return the damaged flask and will send out a replacement flask upon receipt.
  4. Rattling flasks: The rattle you hear is a small metal disc that sits between the double wall of your flask and aids in the vacuum insulation process. Sometimes the disc becomes dislodged, creating a small noise or rattle. This will not affect the insulation or structural integrity of your flask. However, if it is an annoyance, we will exchange it for a new flask.
  5. My Hydro Warranties: If you need to claim your My Hydro product(s) under our lifetime warranty, we will not be able to offer the complete configuration as a full warranty. We will handle each warranty on a case-by-case basis, but cannot guarantee every piece of your My Hydro will be available for warranty.
  6. International Warranty Claims: If you purchased your Hydro Flask® from a European retailer, please contact that retailer to make a warranty claim and avoid unnecessary shipping and handling charges and delay. Europe based consumers, if you do not have a retailer in your area or purchased your Hydro Flask® outside of your area/country, please visit our Europe website for more details(link in footer). If you purchased your Hydro Flask® from a Canadian retailer, please contact that retailer to make a warranty claim and avoid unnecessary shipping and handling charges and delay.

Warranty claims will only be approved by Hydro Flask® if the product was purchased from an authorized dealer. This warranty is limited to the lifetime of your Hydro Flask® product, as limited by or subject to applicable law. The limited warranty provided by Hydro Flask® only covers manufacturing defects and does not include any damage or defect of any Hydro Flask® products caused by, whether directly or indirectly, any of the following: (i) improper use or misuse of the product; (ii) damage or defect caused by cleaning, disassembly, alterations, or modifications; or (iii) damage or defect caused by or resulting from wear and tear, abuse, fire, or Acts of God.

Please note your Warranty Claim Hydro Flask® will be replaced by the same size and color Hydro Flask. If the size and color are no longer available, it will be replaced by one of similar size and color and will not be of lesser MSRP value. Unfortunately, replacement flasks under warranty cannot be customized. If you have a flask with a custom logo, we are not able to screen print or engrave the artwork on your return flask. Those that have purchased engraved flasks will not get an engraved flask sent to them under our warranty replacement policy.

In no event shall Hydro Flask® be liable or responsible for any damage, loss, cost, or expense, including incidental or consequential damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above exclusion or limitation may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
