If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from Hydro Flask.com, you can return your order to Hydro Flask for a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date. Products must be in the condition in which you received them.
If you have purchased a Hydro Flask from one of our dealers, please contact them directly for their return policy.
My Hydro Orders: Because all My Hydro™ orders are made to be uniquely you, they are not eligible for returns.
Here's what to do:
- You can return your purchase for up to 30 days from the purchase date.
- Acquire an RMA Number by calling our Customer Service Team at 888-584-9376.

- Please reference your order number from your HydroFlask.com purchase.
- Clearly reference your RMA number that you acquired from our customer service team.
- We recommend selecting a trackable shipping method and keeping the tracking information for your records until the return is complete.
- Refunds take approximately 4 weeks after we receive your product. Shipping charges are not refundable. We do not accept COD deliveries.
- Your credit card account will show the difference in purchase amount on your next statement, depending on the issuing bank or billing cycle.
