Trade-In Program Terms and Conditions

BY PARTICIPATING IN THE TRADE-IN PROGRAM (regardless of your product’s eligibility), YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS STATED HEREIN. 

All terms and conditions as listed below are in addition to those that exist currently for  Steel Technology™ LLC’s – DBA Hydro Flask (”Hydro Flask," "we,” “our,” “us”) as listed at the following locations: Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy . 

Hydro Flask reserves the right at any time, and from time to time to modify, update, enable/disable, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Trade-In Program for any reason without notice to you. Any termination of the Trade-In Program will be made in Hydro Flask’s sole discretion, and you agree that Hydro Flask will not be liable for any termination of your use or access to the Trade-In Program. 

Only genuine Hydro Flask stainless steel products will be accepted for the Trade-In Program (“Eligible Product”). Upon registration of each Eligible Product, the Eligible Product(s) must be shipped to Hydro Flask within thirty (30) days of the registration date to receive a Loyalty Reward. Hydro Flask must receive the Eligible Product by the last day of the thirty (30) day window from the registration date. If Eligible Products are returned to Hydro Flask after such window, no Loyalty Reward will be provided. A maximum of 10 products may be submitted per shipping label. Hydro Flask shall determine the authenticity and eligibility of such Hydro Flask stainless steel products in its sole discretion. We will not accept Hydro Flask soft goods or accessories. We will not accept any other bottle brands products. Hydro Flask will reject any product that does not meet guidelines as outlined above. Rejected products will not receive a Loyalty Reward. Each and every product sent to Hydro Flask under the Trade-In program shall become the property of Hydro Flask upon Hydro Flask’s receipt of such product, even if such product is determined to be ineligible for participation and/or rejected in Hydro Flask’s sole discretion. In no event will any product submitted under the Trade-In Program be returned to the sender. Hydro Flask reserves the right to accept other stainless steel products into the Trade-In program from time to time in its sole discretion pursuant to Hydro Flask’s special promotions or events. 

Each Eligible Product received and accepted via the Trade-In Program will receive a 100 point loyalty reward ($5 store credit value) (the “Loyalty Reward”), subject to Hydro Flask receiving the Eligible Products within thirty (30) days of registration. Hydro Flask reserves the right to change or eliminate the Loyalty Reward value at any time. Any such change will not affect the value of previously issued Loyalty Reward(s). Loyalty reward will be subject to a 360 day expiration date starting from the day of receipt. Expired loyalty points will no longer be redeemable on the Hydro Flask orders. All House of Hydro Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions apply.  

Members of the Pro Deal Program are NOT eligible for Loyalty Rewards. Each Eligible Product received and accepted via the Trade-In Program from a Pro Deal customer will receive a five-dollar ($5) trade-in promo code to be used on Hydro Flask Reusable Bottles (the “Pro Trade-In Code”), subject to Hydro Flask receiving the Eligible Products within thirty (30) days of registration. Hydro Flask reserves the right to change or eliminate the value of the Pro Trade-In Code at any time. Any such change will not affect the value of previously issued Pro Trade-In Code(s). Promo Trade-In Code(s) will be subject to a sixty (60) day expiration date commencing from the day of receipt. Expired Pro Trade-In Code will no longer be redeemable on the Hydro Flask orders. One (1) Pro Trade-In Code can be used per new order made on Hydro Flask Reusable Bottles . Multiple Pro Trade-In Code cannot be combined or used on a single order. Pro Trade-In Code(s) cannot be combined with any other offers, promo codes, or sales on the Hydro Flask website. An order minimum of $19.95 is required to use a Pro Trade-In Code. This Pro Trade-In Code is available for use by US residents exclusively in the contiguous 48 United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and all other offshore insular areas) and exclusively available for use on Hydro Flask Reusable Bottles .  

The Trade-In program is currently only available to consumers shipping from the contiguous 48 states (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and all other offshore insular areas). The Trade-In shipping label will be generated pursuant to the information entered on your respective Hydro Flask Reusable Bottles account. Hydro Flask will provide the FedEx shipping label that must be used to ship the products to Hydro Flask. You must drop-off the product (packaged appropriately to meet FedEx’s Standard Shipping Terms and Conditions) at a FedEx location near you, pursuant to FedEx’s Terms and Conditions. Once the product is received by Hydro Flask and accepted as an Eligible Product for participation in the Trade-In Program, the Loyalty Reward or Pro Trade-In Code will be sent to the email associated with the Trade-In shipping label generation. It may take up to three (3) weeks to receive the Loyalty Reward or Pro Trade-In Code once your product is delivered to Hydro Flask. If your product is rejected from participation in the Trade-In Program, Hydro Flask will use its best efforts to notify you of such rejection. In no event is Hydro Flask required to notify you of the product’s eligibility or ineligibility in the Trade-In Program.  

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Loyalty Reward(s) and/or Pro Trade-In Code(s) are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash. Hydro Flask reserves the right to accept multiple Loyalty Rewards or Pro Trade-In Codes per order on Hydro Flask Reusable Bottles from time to time in its sole discretion pursuant to Hydro Flask’s special promotions or events. 

Hydro Flask will disassemble the Eligible Products and recycle as much of the materials as possible in its sole discretion. Hydro Flask does not guarantee that 100% of each  Eligible Product will be recycled.  

As a condition of your use of and access to the Trade-In Program, you agree not to use the Trade-In Program for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates these Terms and Conditions. You also agree not to use the Trade-In Program in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair Hydro Flask, its associated networks, or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of the Trade-In Program.
